Breather pipe Identification

Firstly, I am not a mechanic so please forgive any confusing descriptions i may post.

I have 2001 2.0ltr sport Passat and i have to change a breather hose that has split, Its location is (looking from the front of the vehicle) on the right hand side and is shaped almost "S" like it comes from what i beleive is the breather hose to the bleeder valve looks like it goes in to the Manifold.

Any help dealing with this issue would be much appreciated.
