Cruise control retrofit attempt

Hello,
Passat B7 2012
I have installed stalk set with cruise control, and i see that my steering wheel model allows cruise control, i coded it, i get error from engine(ecu):
1 Fault Found:
4481 - Cruise Control Switch (E45)
P0568 00 [039] - Implausible Signal

Is there a wire needed to be routed to the ecu? My steering wheel module is 5K0953569R
It seems that the cruise stalk is working, because when i try to turn it on i get ! symbol on top on cc symbol on the dash in mileages place.

I don't know how to make it work.
