Brake disks rear and front replacement

Hi I have a vw Passat estate 2.0 tdi 4 motion 2017 , want to replace my vw brake disk front and rear but there is two size when you search , I been looking into Br code , I can only see for front brake disk which seems 312 mm but there is size for rear 300 and 310 but I can not find any br code to find correct sise
Any guide to find Br code
