Steering Wheel and Passenger Airbag activated

Hello. I have a friend who's had a small bump (small crack on N/s bumper) and set off Front Drivers airbag, passenger airbag and front seatbelts activated. On 2012 B7 1.6 Diesel Estate. Apart from Changing Seatbelts/Buckles, Steering wheel and dash. What other steps are involved to redo system. it's 250 miles from me so would i be ok with Snap On Verus, Vag com. and icarsoft diagnostics. for any resetting of modules? Thanks at least for looking at my post. Any help appreciated as for charity in Hexham restoring broken lives.
