Mileage Correction

Is there anyone on here that can change the mileage on my Passat B6, I had to replace the speedo and the mileage is much higher than it should be, I'm not after getting it clocked just corrected, I have photos of before and after speedo readings and the MOT history shows what the correct mileage should be.
I know you can buy a tool to do this buts its over £240 and thats a bit much just for one job.
Closer to Oxford the better.
