88 passat progress update

Hello there just wanted to post a kind of progress update, its been nearly two years i think since my last post so i thought i would update. since last time i have converted the car to have small bumpers like the pre 85 cars, and the car has had a full respray in its original tornado red, she also has some nice banded steel wheels now too.



the above photo is just for reference to show the changes, this is how she looked two years ago.







shes changed rather a lot its been quite a lot of work but its far from over yet. while shes hibernating over the winter im currently building some coilovers, using the original struts. i also have a few tidy up plans for the engine bay which looks rather messy, and maybe a retrim at some point next year will have to see. i have also acquired some bbs rm's to rebuild that i think will suit her well.
