What tyres are you rolling?

Hi all,

I'm after opinions. I currently have continental sport contact 5 on my Passat 170 DSG. I have no issue with them and if I had to be pedantic, I would say the tyres are a bit loud but can't say for certain as I've never had a car with frameless doors before.

Anyway, my tyres are starting to wear thin. What's the general consensus in the forum? What tyres are people using and what are their thoughts?

I have 235/40/18 y95 continental 5 at the moment.

Good tyres so far. Perhaps a bit loud.
