2.0tdi cr rattle at idle, also engine movement maybe!?

Hi

I am new to the vw world so the problems with my passat maybe common, nothing to worry about or hopefully an easy fix!

At idle I can hear a rattle from the engine, which can be heard when sat in the car, it's hard to tell it's location once the bonnet is up and listening from outside. If I rev to maybe 1200rpm it goes, it's just at idle.

Also if I blip the throttle on idle and shut straight off the gas, the whole car shakes, in momentum with the rotation of the engine. It doesn't do it when driving or if the clutch is depressed, up hill etc so it's not the dmf.
