Overseas driving with bi xenons

I have the below xenons (not halogen) headlights, I am planning on going to France soon, but cannot really find any info about headlight defectors for these headlights. I did find a post stating that you can switch them from left to right but had no description on how to do it

Has anyone driven overseas with these headlights and know how to flick the kick up to the other side. Or will headlight defectors be ok.
