Buying a b7 passat

My friend is looking at a two prospective b7 passat's, 2.0tdi, 140 b/m tec, one is a s and one a se. Both cars have close to 112k mileage. Whats the difference between bluemotion and bluemotion tec?

Is there anything to look out for with regards to the b7? Ive got a b6 so know about the injector recalls, oil pump, epb button.

Have there been any recalls for the b7? anything to avoid with the b7? Both cars are via an auction.
