Sorry if it was asked before, but need advice on belt.
My car just turned 3 years old and done 96k (full service history) Could not see any proof of belt job so went to dealer to ask when belt is due for service. I been told that timing belt service on my 2.0TDI Bluemotion is every 5 years or 140k miles. Is it true?
Would you leave belt for another 2 years? I know I won't do 40k in 2 years (probably in 5 years) but planing to take car on long journey in couple month time, 3000+ miles.
