I am getting a timing belt one on my brothers B5.5 130hp 1.9tdi (2005 but i don't know 100% the engine code) and he was told when changing the timing belt it needs to go on vag-com to get the timing checked/set up
Also does it need the water pump changing too?
Is that true as It's something that's new to me?
B5.5 new timing belt.. advised needs timing done via vag-com
