All season tyres

Please help me out, I need some new front tyres are fancy some all seasons, I drive 40k+ a year, and have the 2.0TDI 170 PS. They have to be W speed rating and 97 load rating. I want as good a fuel rating and wet weather rating as possible, with good mileage. Any ideas, cost is what it is.
