Can a AVB engine convert to AWX?

Hi all,
I have a 2004 B5 Passat, 1.9 Tdi, 130 BHP, AWX engine.
The engine is seized and so I need to replace. I have come across a AVB engine, good quality and price.

My question: is it possible to convert the AVB engine to AWX engine i.e. can you get 130BHP from AVB engine? I have heard I need to fit the AWX turbo, Injectors, ECU and flywheel & Clutch to the AVB engine and this should do it.
Is this true? Is there anything else I will need to do?
