aircon and blower problem

aircon and blower problem
with all this nice weather we have had recently i thought id better put the aircon as it was rosting in the sat. guess what no cold air. Any way iv tested the system and its fully charged no leaks, the compressor is kicking in so now im stuck, oh and the only other thing iv noticed is that the blows stop blowing when the climatronic is put on hi as in hot air.
