Help with Pollen filter replacement on B7 and B8 please

Good afternoon all

My wife’s 2013 B7 2.0tdi saloon Highline is due first its inspection and oil service with our local VW dealer. They asked about the pollen filter and mentioned it was going to be £47 for changing it. My 2015 B8 2.0tdi saloon GT is also having its inspection and oil service the following week. It’s pollen filter was going to be £50 on top of the service price!

I’ve looked online and managed to get my B8 glove box door and pollen filter cassette open, so I think I’ll try and replace that myself before it goes in! Can anyone suggest a make and model of filter for both cars please, from somewhere like Euro Car Parts etc? And maybe a link to a video showing how to get to and change my wife’s B7 filter please?
