Coilover trouble not cured, what could it be?

Post by Brickhouse »

As some of you may know I had troubles with my car making a horrid squeaking noise from the rear right. Once the wheel was removed and under further inspection I found this..........

Not exactly sitting flush with the collar!

So Mindriot sent me some really nice rear collars, not seized and with a C spanner for the cost of postage, arrived the next day and well packed so top bloke!

So I went about fitting it earlier. As I got the rear coilover off the collar broke, so it was an accident waiting to happen.......

I fitted my new collar from Mindriot and can you believe the spring is still not sitting flush.......
