Vw will be a large fortune for the ccm wiring. Depending on the condition id personally look for a donor loom and splice it in. Would ideally need to be for same part number ccm

I buy ebay locks expect them to last about 6 months to a year just to get me out of the situtation and then somepoint within that time i refurb the old genuine latch.

Gearbox oil is 75w90 hypoid gear oil. Worth doing if its all gonna be off

The projectors I found gave it a more modern look. Had them a few years now off my saloon. Just installed us spec ambers with running lights.

They have bulb holes in the bottom to allow a small 501 bulb to be installed. Debating either wiring them to the side lights or to ignition.

That looks rather familiar this is mine, has changed bit more since this picture.

Was the head refaced? I know vw say you shouldnt but the heads can take it. Could be slight warp on a water jacket seal.

they're the leak back lines. and as for the in tank pump, the ve engined diesels don't have one,its just a level sender and pick up at the back. the suction comes from the injection pump.

Possibly control module. Get it on vcds to be sure.

Well car had her first mot with me yesterday and went through with only 2 advisories. One was plastic coating on rear brake pipe Cracked so just need to repaint.
