Server Change and Forum Upgrade

In the next week or two UKP will be moving Servers and upgrading to the latest release of phpBB.
I will try to keep the downtime to minimum but this will inevitably mean that UKPassats will be unreachable while this is going on.
I will also try to give you some more precise timings on this when I know them.
