Another Passat CC With An EPB Fault

Hi All
New to the forum, nice to meet you all!
I'm after some advice with my 2011 Passat CC parking brake fault - I've just bought the car as a project and trying to diagnose the fault with the EPB
Now when I apply the switch it seems to operate as it should on and off, however, I believe the parking brake is only applying on the offside calliper and there is a fault code to back this up along with the usual dash warnings.
I've tried to re-wind the calipers into service mode using a diagnostic tool but this fails every time and will not operate - Not sure if this indicates a module failure.
Fault codes I'm receiving are:
04232 - Supply Voltage For Left Parking Brake Motor
04234 - Supply Voltage For Control Module For Left Channel: Open Or Short To Ground
03200 - Switch For Electronic Parking Brake
03263 - Functional Restriction
I've seen a lot online about a reset procedure containing dis-connecting the battery for 10 minutes, but this is for earlier Passats & CC's with EPB button on the dash. Mine is a later model with a electronic lever by the handbrake so unsure if this still applies.
Does anyone have any experience with the same fault/fault codes or can anyone shed any light?
Thanks
