2006 b6 clutch master cylinder

Hi All,


I had a new clutch master cylinder fitted Wednesday and when I collected my car I had the dreaded epb fault light on dash , which does work fine unless I want to drive off without pressing the button.
I've also noticed the I get a rev hang or a increase in revs when changing gear , could this be linked aswell, car is a 2006 vw b6 passat 2.0 diesel 170 bhp. Ps I've been in contact with the supplier and theve Confirmed I ordered the wrong master cylinder, is this rev thing that's annoying .
