Rear wiper and washer not working

Hello, just got a fairly knackered, high mileage B6.
Rear wiper arm is missing, but before replacing it I thought I'd check to see if the motor was working.... It's not.
Removed the the boot panel, I have 12v present on 3 pins of the wiper connector and ground on the 4th (regardless of whether or not the rear wiper is switched on or not). Does anyone know the pin-out of this connector?
Additionally the rear washer doesn't function, I understood this was the same pump as the front washers so I'm confused as to why it wouldn't work regardless of the absence of the the rear wiper and potentially dead rear motor.
Anyone able to help me out with this and shed some light on what's going on?
