Pioneer SPH-DA120 Car Stereo with Apple CarPlay

Hi folks,

I was considering fitting one of these to my 2008 Passat Highline. Does anyone have any advice or feedback regarding this unit and its fitting. What extras I will need in the way of canbus, facia and cables and will it be compatable with steering wheel controls.
