EDIT Was small fan now no radiator fan's working! HELP PLEASE.

Morning forum gurus 
Another thing on my job list is to sort the radiator fan out as only the bigger of the two fans is working. Can i replace the fan motor or am i looking at a complete new fan pack? (Edit 24/05/17) No radiator fans now working.
