Rear light modifications

Hello all,

I was wondering in the following is possible:

I would like

Outer only skyline lights, where the outer ring is normal and brake light and what used to be the brake light are the fog lights?

I'd convert the inners to double reverse lights.

The reason I ask is, I actually prefer the single hoop over the doubles
