2.0tdi engine

Hi guys,
Just a curious question, will a 2.0tdi pd140 engine fit in the 1.9tdi pd105 engine bay and also what will I need to make it work as it can't be as simple as plug and play.
Will it work with the 5speed gear box or would that need changing too
