I have a 2009 passat highline tdi140 cr dpf and the brake pads and discs need replacing on all 4 corners. Been looking in the Haynes manual and it says I need a diagnostic/tool scanner to wind the electric motor back for the electronic parking brake. Can anyone recommend where to get one of these and how much they are?
