Power problem.

Hi guys.
I have a 2.0tdi 140 wagon
It doesnt get used much so maybe that is causing the problem.
When i first use the car after a few days if i got to accelerate hard in any gear it doesnt rev past 2.5k and i get loads of smoke out the back. If i hold the revs there for a few sec then try again its fine. I dont get any warning lights come on. Is it just getting coaked up cause i dont use it much.
I have had a black smoke remap done but it used to do this before anyway. I did get a warning light come on once. I did a vag com scan and it came up boost pressure sensor. I cleared it and it hasnt come on since.
Should i maybe put in some v power and a fuel treatment.
Or give the turbo a clean. Any comments greatly appreciated. Thanks
