All Weather Tyres, which are best?

Hi Boys,
Can anyone please advise me which would be the best All Weather tyres for me to buy for my 2008 VW B6 Passat Estate auto. I've got to drive to Austria for a few weeks over Christmas and although I'm reasonably experienced in the snow (having lived in Vienna) I would very much appreciate any advice about the best All Weather tyres for my trip - which I can then use back in the UK.
