Really disgusted with the pathetic excuses vw are giving me on my passat.
I've got the rusty tailgate, the number plate bulb area. And on the roof at the front UNDER the level of where the screen joins.
I'm being told this is not covered as it is a paint defect possibly due to stone chips.
Stone chips..... On the underside of a tailgate.... Under the windscreen(screen is still oe vw)
Absolute joke.
Will buy a ford next, at least you know you are buying poo.
