Which B6 TDI to get?

OK,

I've just had my B6 2.0 TFSi written off and I'm after a new car. Mulling over a B6 TDI, a BMW 325i or an Audi A4 2.0 TFSi. I'd have another B6 TFSi but they seem to be quite rare.

The fuel consumption of the TFSi was quite alarming so I'm considering going over to the dark side of diesel.

So, with that in mind? Which B6 do I go for? I know I'd like the sport but I read so much about CR, DPF, Chain driven oil pumps etc...

Can somebody please just tell me what year to get and what to check!
