Auxiliary heating element - part number?

I have a problem with my auxiliary heater. It's taking a while for the blowers to start blowing warm.
It's a 2007 2.0 tdi 140 sport
Anyone have a part number for the auxiliary heating element?


Also, how long does it usually take for the engine to reach optimal temperature?
