2014 B7 Estate Rear Lower Track Control Arm Bushes

Hi All,
Ive recently replaced the rear coil springs on my B7 estate and noticed that the rear lower track control arm bushes were really weak.
Does anyone know if the bush itself can be replaced as Im only seeing the whole arm for sale?
Obviously the whole arm is easy to fit but finding something that is of reasonable quality is the next issue, im sure the eBay/GSF parts will perish in no time at all!
Ay advice or help would be much appreciated.
