Retrofit Folding Mirrors

Hi all
Looking for some advice. I am considering buying a 2014 (64 plate) Executive Style estate. It was advertised with folding mirrors but I have checked with VW and this is an error. How easy is it to retrofit folding mirrors (I have a very narrow drive) and what would I need to buy and what is the likely cost? There are aftermarket products on Ebay but these are not coloured so need spraying and the chap I spoke to didn't seem to know how difficult it was or if coding needed.
Any advice much appreciated.
