Boot Pop???

Has anyone managed to get their b7 estate to boot pop.
Ive seen golfs with this and i assume as the estate boot opens all the way itself once manually opened then it shouldnt take much to make it auto open?
Also.... The middle button on the key fob, what does this do? It does not unlock my boot when the car is locked.... Maybe mine is broke....
