Towbar Electrics

I am intending to fit a towbar with single electrics to my passat. I think I will probably go for the Bosal Swan Neck as this seems to require the smallest invisible bumper cut.I will use a bypass relay and wire into the cars electric circuit.Just wondering if anyone has any advice regarding the best place to take a live feed from for the bypass relay. I was thinking of using a 15 AMp fuse for the supply, does this seem OK?
