Very strange thing happened today. The speedo needle just dropped to zero. No alarms on screen. Even after stopping it did not work. So I turned off the car and it came back to life. All is back to normal.
Only after did I think why did I not check the KPH, so I do not know if this part was working or even if the trip was still counting. 3 mile up road is a very agressive speed camera, so I was not thinking about fault finding!!
Does anyone know what makes it work. Is it a sensor on the gearbox or one/both front ABS sensors. Just wish to check the plugs are all in correctly.
Then if it does it again I will go to the dealer
