Tuning Box for B7

Hi guys
I’m new to this board, I have been the proud owner of a 2011 Passat sport 2.0 Bluemotion (140) in white and I love it to bits. I can get 70Mpg from it providing I stick to 60. However when I do put my foot down its a bit flat, I know it will bed in and its only done 5000 miles but a bit more power would be nice. As it’s a company car I can’t get it mapped but I have seen tuning boxes, does anyone have any experiences with these things? They seem a bit cheap at around the £90 mark
