B5.5 airbag code

I have a 2005 tdi trendline 130. The airbag light came on and the codes shown are 01218 side airbag igniter and 01228 airbag cut-off switch. I tested the connector under the passenger seat and could not detect a break, nevertheless I removed this yellow connector and soldered in new wires. No difference. Is there another connector, e.g. under the carpet?
