Remapping 4motion in 2wd?

Hello all. I've had my passat in stage 2 condition for quite a while without being able to get it anywhere for a remap. As everything has reopened I was wondering if I can disengage the rear tranny and remap in 2wd? Just there are local places who can offer the remap but they don't have a 4wd dyno.
The alternative is a long drive which I can do without tbh! But if needs must...
