2001 Passat caliper rewind tool direction?

Does anyone know what direction you turn the rear caliper pistons and do I need a LH AND RH tool?
The re-wind tool I have is labeled as LH (see below)and would only turn the pistons in a clockwise direction.
Don't want to start the job if I don't have all the right equipment.
Vehicle is a 1.8 T SE 2001 (Y) AWT Engine
