turbo oil feed leak

Hi need some help my turbo oil feed is leaking, looks like it is co ing out of the adapted that screws in to the turbo its self, it has a copper washer.

I'm looking for a new adapter and washer but not sure which one I need a new washer woukd do I guess but can't seem to find a specific one.

All the ones I have found are for a specific Garret turbo but not sure which module of turbo is on my friends car its a 04 1.9tdi auto the one with the red i only.
