Oil leak

Hello again, more lockdown woes..

Spotted oil stains where i park my car and oil level dropping which doesnt usually happen. An intercooler pipe on the left hand side underneath going to the intercooler is wet with oil, my mate who runs his own garage has suggested the turbo when he looked at it today. Bumped into another guy i know who owns a VW specialist garage and owns a b5 has suggested otherwise but hasnt looked at it yet. im taking it into him next week.

any suggestions?
