Service intervals/cam belt replacement on 2.0SE (115 BHP)

Sorry to ask such a dull question but the handbook has defeated me!

Any views on how often to service? 10K seems the offical line but many users seem to go for 5K (or is that for diesels?).

And cam belt replacement?

I'm on 60K and its not been done so far...
