Possible battery issue?

Hi folks,

I was driving along today, 60pmh, no issues, then all of a sudden my dials all died/reset. Just took a split second.

Car kept going as normal, but the fuel gauge, speedo and rev counter all dropped and went back up to my current driving speed etc. The trip reset and the clock went to 00:00.

On top of this my ac has sounded a bit off recently, in that the blower sounds to go up/down if that makes sense. Its not constant at the setting, nearly like small power dips.

Its a b5.5 1.9tdi estate

Any ideas?
