Is my 1.9 tdi what it says it is?

Hi all looking for some advice please. I have an 04 passat b5.5 tdi. On the sales description it stated it was a 130bhp highline. Now the highline part think is correct as I have chrome strips the leather seats etc but no cruise control but I imagine this was factory optional addition. While giving it a clean yesterday I noticed a sticker on the driver door shut that gave the spec from factory as a highline 1.9 tdi and 100ps I've Google it and 100ps is about 99 bhp. Can anyone advise me where I need to look to conform the spec or who I should speak to?
