Big problem need help LEAK!!

This is a doing of my own I had to put some wires from the front (under the bonnet) into the car and couldn't find a good place to run them so stupidly I've put them through the same grommet as the bonnet release catch cable and made a hole in it so it's now just letting water in and soaking the floor. Does anyone know of a good place to run wires through? (pics would be a massive help). Also I have a replacement grommet for the bonnet release catch cable what I'd the best way to disconnect it do i do it from the handle in the car or can I take it apart from the little grey box on the cable?
