'99 B5 Wagon OBD port??

Hey guys,
This is my first post here but already great to be apart f the community and have read plenty of threads through already!
I have done much research on this forum and others but have not been able to find accurate info on the location of my OBD port? Tell me I'm been going mad but it is simply not under the steering column to the left knee, or under the rubber floor of the penny compartment next to the hand brake - so can anyone tell me if I'm going mad??
