Quantum platinum or longlife 3? 130tdi

Hi guys,
Looking at getting some oil for my oil change but am unsure on which to buy.
I've got a 1.9 tdi b5.5 on an 05 plate.
I've read that platinum is for pd engines but from what I can see in my service history they've used longlife 3.
Which one should I be using?
They are both around the same price on eBay too.
