Best headlight oe bulb upgrade.

Stock bulbs are as you all know is best described as candles in the wind.
I intend to get the best H7s for the dipped and main and some 955, 16w to replace the gloworm 5w, 501 sidelights.
Now Osram Nightbreaker Plus are highly regarded and Auto Express 2011 and 2012 winners. Trouble is this is in the H4 category.
The H7 2011 and 2012 winner is Phillips X-treme Vision
No mention of the Osrams.
I can only view a short summary and not the full test, so I don't know if they were tested, can someone enlighten me ?
